Location: Oxford
Hours: Continental Shifts, 4 on 4 off, rotating days and nights. 7am-7pm/7pm-7am
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Attendance Bonus
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Setter to ensure the efficient and safe setup and operation of injection moulding machines, tooling, and related equipment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining product quality, reducing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities for Injection Moulding Setter:
Set up and operate injection moulding machines and ancillary equipment
Carry out tool changes, machine adjustments, and troubleshooting
Monitor and maintain production quality standards
Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and quality teams
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
What We’re Looking For Injection Moulding Setter:
Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter (essential)
Strong mechanical and technical understanding of moulding processes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Team player with a proactive attitude
