A well-established moulding SME is entering an exciting new growth phase under fresh ownership and is seeking a skilled Setter to join their dynamic team
As a Setter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment, contributing to the overall success of their production processes.
£32,000 - £37,000 | 25+8 days holiday
As an Injection Moulding Setter, your responsibilities will include:
Tool changes, process set-up and optimisation.
Monitor machinery performance.
Apply a continuous improvement approach.
Basic machinery maintenance .
In order to fulfil the role of Injection Moulding Setter, we're looking for the following skills and experience:
Competent in setting, and operating moulding machines.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery effectively.
Proficient in using hand tools and understanding tooling requirements for various tasks.
Able to work with minimum supervision and proactive in solving problems
