This role offers the chance to take ownership of your own shift, focus on process optimisation, and work with a wide variety of presses and materials across multiple sectors.

Shift Pattern:
Rotating weekly shifts, Monday to Thursday:
*
6am–2pm
*
2pm–10pm
*
10pm–6am
Fridays:
*
6am–1pm
*
1pm–8pm
*
8pm–3am
Your Responsibilities:
*
Setting and optimising injection moulding machines to maximise efficiency
*
Monitoring quality and making adjustments to ensure standards are met
*
Troubleshooting machine and process issues to minimise downtime
*
Supporting and mentoring operators on shift
*
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring safety compliance
What We’re Looking For:
*
IMT Level 3 (or equivalent) in Injection Moulding – essential
*
Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Setter (minimum 2 years)
*
Strong technical skills with machine setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting
*
A quality-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving ability
*
Comfortable working independently and making technical decisionsBefore You Apply
