Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and operation of injection moulding machines, ensuring that they run efficiently and produce high-quality products. This role requires in-depth knowledge and experience in the injection moulding sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own shift, supported by:
* 6 operators
* 1 material handler (managing all materials across the presses)
* 1 team leader (handling labour allocation and operator support such as packaging)
This structure has been designed so the setter can focus exclusively on:
* Processing and optimising the machines
* Minimising downtime
* Ensuring quality standards are consistently metBefore You Apply
