Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Injection Mouldshop Team Leader to oversee daily operations in a busy manufacturing environment. This role suits someone with a strong background in injection moulding, proven leadership in production or supervisory roles & a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving.
You'll be responsible for managing production schedules, driving quality and efficiency, and ensuring safety and compliance across the mouldshop. Strong technical knowledge of polymers, tooling, moulding processes, and machine maintenance—including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical aspects is essential.
Familiarity with automated moulding systems, robotics, and ISO 9001 & 14001 standards is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will bring excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. A recognised qualification in plastics, engineering, or manufacturing management would be an advantage.
