Position: Injection Moulding Technician
Location: Banbury
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Shift: Days and Nights (3 on 3 off)

Injection Moulding Technician role:
Provide comprehensive support to the manufacturing team by ensuring all moulding processes are maintained, optimised, and compliant to meet output, quality, and safety standards.
Injection Moulding Technician Responsibilities:
Train and develop operators and setters to meet quality, safety, and skills standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve processing issues, documenting corrective actions.
Introduce new products efficiently and optimise machine/robot cycle times.
Monitor and maintain equipment, performing preventative maintenance.
Liaise with other departments to meet customer requirements.
Support and cover for Team Leaders or Mould Setters as needed.
Maintain housekeeping, PPE compliance, and health & safety standards.
Injection Moulding Technician Experience:
Fully conversant with injection moulding processes.
Strong tool and product fault-finding skills.
Experience with Engel, Sepro Robots (advantage).
