What You’ll Do: Inside Sales Representative

In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of building relationships and driving revenue. You will:

Engage customers via phone, email, and digital channels
Respond to inbound enquiries and deliver a top-tier experience
Make outbound calls to warm clients and existing accounts
Identify upsell opportunities, register deals, and work closely with tech vendors
Build your pipeline and learn how to close deals like a pro
Manage quotes, track orders, and keep the CRM up to date
Work cross-functionally with procurement, technical, and wider sales teams
Build relationships with key decision-makers in exciting industries
