Job Description
Inspection Officer - Full Time - Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
Company Car provided - Reporting to head office in E4 daily to pick up jobs
* Carry out routine and ad-hoc inspections of residential properties all around London and Essex area.
* Identify and report necessary repairs and maintenance issues
* Ensure properties comply with fire safety regulations
* Prepare detailed inspection reports
* Communicate effectively with tenants
* Strong understanding of property maintenance and ability to recognise repair needs
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Knowledge of housing legislation and local authority standards preferred
* Full UK driving licence – company vehicle provided
* Report to office daily in the morning by 9amBefore You Apply
