Job Description
Inspection Technician
£30,000 DOE
Mon-Thurs (4-day week)
My client are a manufacturing business located in Gloucester, they are currently looking to appoint an Inspection Technician to carry out inspections across raw materials, manufactured parts, assemblies, and final pre-despatch using conventional tools and manual CMM.
Responsibilities:
Goods-in, first-off and final inspections
Calibration management (internal & external)
Raising/closing quality issues via ERP
Supporting FAIRs, concessions & audits (ISO9001:2015)Required Skills:
Strong mechanical engineering / inspection background
Experience within ISO9001 environment
Ability to read engineering drawings
Skilled with inspection tools (metric & imperial)
