Role Overview
EC&I Partners are looking for an Inspection and Test Electrician lead who will be responsible for overseeing and executing all inspection, testing, and documentation activities for electrical and instrumentation projects. This role ensures compliance with industry regulations and standards while providing technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and complete testing documentation for electrical, instrumentation, and hazardous area projects.
Conduct project installation inspections, including pre-testing and pre-commissioning of completed projects.
Identify and resolve issues, offering practical solutions.
Mentor and support junior members of the team.
Liaise with Engineering and Project teams on drawing and documentation queries, including redline updates.
Ensure compliance with lock-out tag-out (LOTO) procedures.
Work in accordance with ISO 9001 quality management standards.
Support the smooth running of the Production Team by undertaking additional duties as required.
Collaborate with Electrical and Mechanical Team Leaders.
Qualifications & Requirements
Fully qualified Electrician with completed apprenticeship.
C&G Level 2 & Level 3 Diplomas in Electrical Installations (2365).
C&G 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
C&G Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations (2391).
CompEx Ex01 - Ex04 (desirable; training can be provided).
Strong working knowledge of current electrical regulations.
Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Skills & Experience
Significant experience in a quality-driven industry (e.g., Automotive, Aerospace).
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Effective time management with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, disciplined, and compliance-focused approach to work.
Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Strong team player who can collaborate effectively across departments.
