Inspire Change in SEND Classrooms Across Havering
Are you driven to make a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Whether you're an experienced SEND Teacher, a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, a Teaching Assistant in Early Years or Secondary, or someone with transferable skills and a heart for children, this could be your next step.
At Rising Hope Education, we’re not just filling vacancies. We’re building a movement of passionate people dedicated to transforming education for children who need it most.
We’re working closely with schools across the Havering borough to place kind, skilled professionals in meaningful roles starting this September.
We are currently hiring for 15 roles across local SEND schools
What we offer:
TAs and LSAs: £100 to £125 per day
HLTAs: £135 to £170 per day
Teachers: Paid to scale or above, with additional bonuses
Full time roles across Early Years, Primary and Secondary SEND settings
Long term placements starting in September
Opportunities to become permanent for the right candidates
Direct access to a supportive consultant who understands your role
Genuine career guidance and mentorship throughout your placement
