* Working to health & safety standards and method statements
* Liaising with site supervisors and project engineers
* Helping troubleshoot installation issues
* Managing tools, materials, and basic stock on-site
The Candidate
* Eligibility to work in the UK, no sponsorship will be offered.
* Some hands-on experience with cabling, construction, or low-voltage systems
* Comfortable with tools like drills, strippers, cutters, and multimeters
* Able to read basic diagrams, schematics, and cable layouts
* A good understanding of site safety and cable installation best practices
* Willing to work in confined spaces or at heights when required
* Valid CSCS/ECS card or similar construction site certification
* Full UK driving licence
* Familiarity with DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) – nice to have
* Experience in data centres, tunnels, or large infrastructure sites – nice to have
* Use of handheld test tools (coax testers, signal meters) – nice to have
* Training or certification in Working at Height, MEWP, Harness, etc. – nice to have
What they offer:
* Competitive starting salary with reviews as you progress
* Full training and mentoring from experienced RF engineers
* Clear career path to Engineering and Design roles
* Work on exciting infrastructure and technology projects
* PPE, tools, and equipment provided
* Company vehicle for work use
