Job Description
Installation & Assembly Technician / Fitter
ESP Fitness | Loughborough (onsite) | £26,000–£34,000 DOE
ESP Fitness designs and delivers premium fitness equipment and sports flooring for top athletes, elite teams, and luxury gyms worldwide.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is hands-on, technically minded, and with 1–3 years’ mechanical experience. You’ll be based from our factory in Loughborough, but no two days are the same — one week in the workshop, the next installing high-end gyms and training facilities across the UK or abroad.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Flexibility and reliability are key, as projects and international travel mean working hours can vary.
Candidate Requirements

1–3 years’ experience in assembly, installation, or technical roles
*
Hands-on, mechanically experienced, and technically minded
*
Professional, reliable, and client-facing
*
CSCS card preferred
*
Forklift licence desirable
*
Full UK driving licence + access to a car
*
Valid passport — international travel required
