Job Description
Our client are a business technology provider who pride themselves on prioritising refurbishing, reusing, and recycling. Looking for a customer focused, motivated Installations Assistant.

What You’ll Be Doing:
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be at the heart of our customer service delivery. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Safely driving our clients company van for customer deliveries and collections, ensuring professionalism at all times.
* Planning efficient routes for deliveries to ensure timely service.
* Conducting site surveys to prepare for safe installation or removal of equipment.
* Installing IT and office equipment at customer sites (training provided).
* Supporting the warehouse team by maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
* Ensuring all packaging and waste are disposed of sustainably.
* Delivering excellent customer service and communicating effectively with internal teams to resolve any issues.
* Carrying out additional tasks as needed to support the smooth running of operations.
What Our Client is Looking For:
Someone who is approachable, reliable, and eager to provide excellent service. Ideal candidates will have:
* Previous experience in a delivery or installation role with a customer service element.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A full, clean UK driving licence and experience driving long wheelbase vans.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* Practical experience in setting up or installing office furniture and printers - not essential but desirable.
* Basic IT knowledge to assist with initial tech setup (an advantage).
* Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
* Good awareness of health and safety protocols.
