Role: Project Coordinator
Location: Bedford
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm. Friday 8.30am – 4pm.
Salary: Up to £27,000
I am looking for a project coordinator to join a small team in Bedford. This role would suit a strong administrator with great communication skills

What will you be doing in the project coordinator role?
Diary management - Effectively manage engineers diaries to minimise downtime and wasted journeys
Document management – ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
Customer communication – ensuring clients are kept updated
Ownership of your own jobs/small projects from start to finish, ensuring a smooth delivery process to the client by being their main point of contact.

Priority management with the ability to work to deadlines.
Time management with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
