The role of the Installations Manager –Aluminium Facade Systems will involve:
* Installations Manager position dealing with the complete design, manufacture and installation service for curtain walling, windows, doors and facades
* Lead and coordinate installation activities across multiple sites (circa 3-4 at anyone one time)
* Supervise on-site teams, including subcontractors and installers
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
* Liaise with clients and design teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges
* Review project drawings and installation methodologies
* Conduct regular site inspections and issue progress reports
* Coordinate delivery of site materials, equipment, and logistics
* Manage site programmes to meet project deadlines and budgets
* Overseeing installations for projects ranging in value from £250k to £2m
The ideal applicant will be Installations Manager –Aluminium Facade Systems with:
* Must have experience as an Installations Manager or Site Manager or Project Manager within the aluminium systems market sector
* Ideally will have experience dealing with curtain walling, glazing, facades, entrances, shop fronts, roofs, atriums, internal glass, sliding doors, balustrades & canopies
* Sound understanding of health and safety practices
* Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team
* IT literate (Microsoft Office)
* Effective time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
