Job Description
Meridian are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Instrument Pipefitter to join a short-term project at a National Gas transmission station in the town of Kings Lynn. This is a high-value contract with excellent pay and benefits for the right candidate.
Job Details:
Role: Instrument Pipefitter
Location: Kings Lynn, UK
Duration: Short-term project
Rate: £45/hour (negotiable based on experience and circumstances)
Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Weekends: Potential availability at enhanced rates
Parking: On-site available
Key Responsibilities:
Install 3 Differential Pressure Transmitters at a National Gas transmission station
Mount instruments within an enclosure
Install associated small bore stainless steel pipework from transmitters to sampling points in airflow ductwork
Work with Swagelok fittings
Requirements:
Valid SHEA Gas Training Certificate
Proven experience in instrument pipefitting and working with stainless steel small bore tubing
Familiarity with Swagelok fittings and enclosures
