Insurance Account Executive | Scotland/North of England | Up to £60,000 + Bonus | Hybrid Working

This growing commercial brokerage is looking to appoint an Account Executive who can bring or build a book - offering full support, genuine flexibility, and a commission structure that climbs all the way to 35% on new business.
Location: Scotland or North of England
Salary: Up to £60,000 + up to 35% NB bonus
Job Type: Hybrid working (typically 3 days in the office, 2 from home - flexible with client visits)

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new commercial clients across a range of sectors
Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and insurers
Work closely with Account Handlers and internal support teams to deliver excellent service
Tailor insurance programmes across various commercial classes, depending on client need
Manage your own diary, including client visits, renewal meetings, and strategy sessionsAbout You:
Proven track record in commercial insurance-broking or client-facing
Strong appetite for new business development
Comfortable advising clients across a broad range of commercial covers
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
Based anywhere in Scotland or the North of EnglandWhat's On Offer:
