Competitive basic salary range of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum
Plus an annual bonus, offering an overall earning potential of £45,000 to £60,000 p.a.
Permanent, office-based role in Chelmsford, Essex.Major Recruitment are currently recruiting a new Insurance Account Executive role for our amazing client based in Chelmsford, Essex.
They are a small, dynamic, and forward-thinking Commercial Insurance Broker. They are seeking an enthusiastic Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join their growing team.

Develop and expand your client base through networking, referrals, and lead generation.

Contribute to the future success of a rapidly expanding company that values your ideas and input.Key Responsibilities:
Proactively build and maintain a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
Identify client needs and match them with the right insurance solutions, managing the renewal process and presenting competitive, compliant options.
Coordinate with all departments - broking, claims, and finance - to ensure a seamless client experience.
Generate and convert warm leads provided by the marketing team, and help plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
Stay up to date with market trends, products, and insurer appetite to provide valuable insights to your clients.Preferred Requirements:
Experience in commercial insurance, either in broking or underwriting.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A self-motivated and driven individual, eager to grow your own pipeline and contribute to the future of a growing business.This role is ideal for an individual experienced in this field who takes pride in their work and values teamwork, attention to detail, and relishes a competitive sales environment.
