We’re seeking a High Net Worth Insurance Account Handler to join our growing team in Bolton. You’ll specialise in motor and home insurance for high-net-worth individuals, ensuring every client receives a tailored, seamless experience. What’s on Offer? * Competitive Salary: Starting at £25,000+ depending on experience * 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays * Office-Based Role: Work with a welcoming, collaborative team in Bolton * Friendly working hours – NO WEEKENDS * Full Training & Ongoing Support: We’ll help you grow and succeed * A real opportunity to develop your career in high-net-worth insurance Key Responsibilities of the Insurance Account Handler: As a key member of our client services team, you’ll be responsible for managing high-value accounts from start to finish: * Handling new quotations, renewals, and mid-term adjustments * Liaising with insurers and internal teams to ensure smooth processes * Keeping accurate records of all communications and policy details * Responding to client queries quickly and professionally via phone and email * Providing a customer experience that exceeds expectations * Staying up to date through regular FCA-compliant training What We’re Looking For: We’re after someone who is confident, proactive, and highly organised — someone who enjoys building relationships and isn’t afraid of taking initiative.
