Must have’s

  * Experience managing third-party or insurer relationships

  * Strong understanding of the insurance market

  * Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  * Commercial and analytical mindset

  * Proven track record of delivering strong customer outcomes

  * Confidence working with governance frameworks, contracts and service levels

Nice to have’s

  * Experience working with schemes or delegated authority arrangements

  * Exposure to education or not-for-profit sectors

  * Experience reviewing contracts or terms of business agreements

So, what will you be doing?

  * Managing and strengthening relationships with scheme insurers and partners

  * Overseeing scheme profitability, performance and operational effectiveness

  * Working collaboratively with partners to improve service delivery and customer outcomes

  * Supporting scheme placement strategy across trading teams

  * Leading service and operational improvement initiatives

  * Supporting the delivery of new products and insurer capacity

  * Producing analysis, reporting and recommendations on partner performance

  * Reviewing and negotiating contracts and insurer terms of business
