Description
Maintain accurate records of insurance policies and claims.
Assist in the preparation and submission of insurance claims documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for insurance purposes.
Review and ensure compliance with insurance requirements and regulations.
Respond to queries from team members and external stakeholders regarding insurance matters.
Support the renewal process for existing insurance policies.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security when handling sensitive information.
Provide general administrative support to the insurance team as required.Profile
A successful Insurance Administrator should have:
Previous experience in an administrative role.
Ideally a solid understanding of insurance procedures and documentation. You can be trained up in this part of the role if necessary.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines efficiently.

Salary between £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
