£23,000 - £28,000 | Abingdon | Permanent
Our client, a respected and well-established insurance provider, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team in Abingdon. What you’ll be doing:
Speaking with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide the right insurance solutions
Delivering a friendly, professional service that builds trust and long-term relationships
Handling queries, policy changes, and renewals accurately and efficiently
Supporting customers with clear and helpful information to make confident decisions
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and ensure excellent client outcomesWho we’re looking for:
Previous customer service experience (insurance or financial services experience is a bonus, but not essential)
A confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
Organised, reliable, and proactive in solving problems
Keen to learn, develop, and grow within a supportive team environment

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
