About the Role
As an Account Executive or Account Director, you’ll be at the forefront of this specialist area of the insurance market, supporting lenders and investors involved in major commercial real estate financing transactions. Working closely with lawyers, underwriters, and financial institutions, you’ll assess and advise on the insurance-related aspects of deals — ensuring your clients’ interests are fully protected and that transactions run smoothly from start to finish.
This is an intellectually stimulating role that combines technical insurance expertise, commercial understanding, and relationship management. You’ll work on high-value, high-profile projects spanning real estate, construction, and development finance, often involving complex multi-party deals and tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide detailed due diligence reviews on the insurance aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
Advise lenders, investors, and other stakeholders on risk mitigation and coverage adequacy.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering expert advice and exceptional service.
Liaise with insurers, brokers, and legal teams to resolve issues and facilitate smooth deal completion.

Solid experience in commercial insurance, ideally with exposure to real estate, construction, or lending sectors.
Strong analytical and communication skills — you enjoy digging into detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
The confidence to liaise directly with senior stakeholders and the ability to translate complex insurance concepts clearly.
