Are you an experienced insurance broker or producer looking for more autonomy, earning potential, and access to better markets?
We’re working with several independent and growth-focused insurance brokerages expanding their teams across London and the wider UK. Each firm offers the support, flexibility, and infrastructure you need to build and grow your own portfolio — without the red tape of a large corporate.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building and managing your own portfolio of commercial clients.
* Developing new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
* Placing and negotiating risks directly with top insurers and Lloyd’s markets.
* Delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs.
* Managing client relationships from onboarding to renewal.
