Job Description
A well-established and customer-focused insurance business is seeking an experienced Insurance Executive to join its growing team in Warrington. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of £40,000 and a range of excellent employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and service an existing portfolio of personal insurance clients
* Identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining a high standard of customer service
* Contribute to team performance through proactive call handling
* Generate future-dated leads to support business growth
* Handle policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general client enquiries
* Produce and process insurance documentation accurately and efficiently
* Support additional tasks and administrative duties as required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in motor and home insurance
* Strong background in sales and/or client retention
* Skilled in building immediate rapport and trust with clients
* Motivated, positive, and committed to personal development
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
* Effective problem-solving and communication skills
* Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
