Must Have’s
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry (broking or sales)
* Understanding of general and legal principles of insurance
* Familiarity with sales techniques and processes
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to manage your own diary and workload effectively
* GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
Nice to have’s
* Knowledge of Education Insurance (broker or insurer environment)
* Cert CII qualification
* Experience working with CRM systems and pipeline reporting
* Previous conference or networking experience
So what will you be doing?
* Prospecting and securing new clients of all sizes
* Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
* Delivering tailored insurance solutions to schools via phone, video, and in-person meetings
* Attending key industry conferences to generate new leads
* Producing accurate sales forecasts and maintaining CRM records
* Working with service and renewal teams to ensure excellent client onboarding
* Cross-selling and referring opportunities to other departments
* Supporting key partner relationships and contributing to team goals
