Job Description
Role Title: Integration Delivery Manager
Duration: 6 month contract
Location: Telford, hybrid at least 2 days per week onsite
Rate: up to £506 p/d Umbrella inside IR35
Role purpose / summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodology, capacity planning and project delivery. this role requires excellent communication and leadership skills to manager and deliver projects on time ad within budget
Key Skills/ requirements
Oversee the delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet required standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
Implement and manage Agile methodology across teams for efficient project execution.
Develop and maintain capacity planning processes to ensure resources are effectively allocated.
Communicate project plans, objectives, and expectations clearly to all stakeholders, ensuring goals are understood and met.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are used effectively.
Foster collaboration between stakeholders, team members, and other departments.
Ensure compliance with project governance and documentation standards.
Provide regular project updates to senior management and address any issues or risks
Key skills and qualifications
Strong project management experience with a deep understanding of Agile methodology.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proven experience in capacity and project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Experience of JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project (MSP).
