Job Description

Integration Lead – Hyperscale Data Centre Projects – Sweden An internationally renowned engineering and construction firm delivering hyperscale data centre projects across Europe is seeking a highly skilled Integration Lead to join their growing delivery team in Sweden. This critical site-based role will be responsible for managing the successful technical and programme-level integration of CSA, MEP, and Commissioning systems. You’ll play a vital part in aligning multidisciplinary packages across multiple stakeholders to ensure safe, timely, and quality-driven project execution. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the primary technical interface between CSA, MEP, commissioning, and systems integration teams. * Ensure that all systems including Telecommunications, EPMS, BMS, BAS, and Security Networks are integrated, aligned with programme expectations, and handed over compliantly. * Lead the coordination and sequencing of MEP and CSA activities for rooms/areas targeted for Advanced Beneficial Use. * Support and enforce Health & Safety protocols (including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures) as part of the integration process. * Review construction and commissioning strategies to ensure system dependencies are tracked, resourced, and executable. * Oversee field-level QA/QC inspections and monitor works against specification, programme, and quality benchmarks. * Chair technical coordination and commissioning readiness meetings, internally and with vendors/subcontractors. * Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of project documentation: CIPs, BOMs, trackers, risk assessments, method statements, and turnover packs. * Escalate risks and non-conformances to senior project leadership and drive resolution through collaboration. * Interface with external system integrators to align on construction, commissioning, and client handover milestones. Candidate Requirements: * Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering or relevant trade background. * Minimum 5+ years’ experience in an MEP/CSA integration or coordination role on large-scale construction projects. * Proven background in hyperscale data centre environments (design, build, or commissioning). * Deep understanding of CSA/MEP system interfaces and dependencies in live or mission-critical infrastructure. * Comfortable operating in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments across European project teams. * Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. * Proficient in documentation control, report writing, and technical interface management.
