Interim Management Accountant (3–4 Months)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim Management Accountant to join a fast-growing, private equity–backed business supporting the integration of a recent acquisition. This is a highly visible, hands-on position reporting directly to the CFO, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the integration of a newly acquired entity, ensuring smooth transfer of data and financial systems.
Deliver accurate and timely month-end reporting, consolidations, and analysis across the group.
Partner with the CFO on process improvement, establishing robust financial controls and efficient workflows.
Assist in bringing the accounts function in-house from an outsourced provider, creating clear processes and ownership.
Provide financial insight to support decision-making and ensure compliance with group policies.Requirements
Qualified accountant with strong management accounting experience.
Proven track record in acquisition integration, month-end delivery, and process enhancement.
Hands-on and adaptable – comfortable working with detail while contributing strategically.
