Job Description
One of our Public Sector clients based in Hertfordshire is looking for a Damp and Mould Surveyor on an interim basis for 3 months initially with a view to extend.
Ideally you will:
Be RICS or CIOB qualified (although not essential)
Based Locally to Hertfordshire
Have 5+ years experience within a damp and mould background and have worked ideally in a Local Authority or Housing Association setting previously.
Responsibilities include:
Preparation and carry out diagnostic inspections, surveys & technical reports
Carry out Damp and Mould Surveys
Evaluate the extent of damage that has been caused due to Damp and Mould
Instruct and manage the identified works within their financial sign-off, utilising both the internal repairs team and the necessary contractors
