The Associate Director Organisational Development is a key leadership role supporting the People Directorate and Executive Team in the development, strategic coordination and oversight of the Trust’s improvement and organisational development agenda – Patient First, ensuring alignment with NHS Impact principles and between the Trust’s strategic priorities and annual breakthrough objectives.
The role is responsible for developing and embedding an integrated approach supporting a culture of continuous improvement across the Trust, which is championed by the Trust Chief Medical Officer.
