Interim Disrepair Surveyor
Temporary ongoing contract
£248 - £298 per day
Bristol, Southwest
Full Time, 37 hours per week
Hybrid working
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an Interim Disrepair Surveyor to join one of our Bristol based clients on a full time, temporary ongoing contract
Daily duties of the Interim Disrepair Surveyor:
Manage complaints received as a legal claim (Housing Condition Claim) working in partnership with the clients' legal services
Ensure all legal claims within Repairs and Maintenance are successfully investigated. actioned and completed
Carry out repairs, condition/improvements surveys and inspections on a variety of different properties
Manage all aspects of disrepair cases, including developing and maintaining a comprehensive programme of works and project reports, initiating and updating project documentation, administering contracts and monitoring on-site progress and quality of work
Carry out thorough inspections related to Damp, Mould and Disrepair on a variety of different properties
Essential requirements of the Interim Disrepair Surveyor:
Previous experience carrying out Disrepair Surveys on domestic properties
Previously worked within Social Housing
Full UK Driver's License and access to own vehicle
