We are working with an automotive manufacturer who are looking for an Interim Head of Engineering on a 6-month contract. We are looking for a strong leader to manage industrialisation and focus on feasibility, product engineering and advanced manufacturing.

Job Description
Manage and drive the rollout of industrialisation programs in coordination with the wider operations team and external contractors
Provide leadership, guidance and oversight to the Product Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing teams.
Work closely with Operations to integrate engineering solutions into production.
Review and validate test specifications, product standards and feasibility enquiries.
Guide root cause analysis and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Highly experineced working within the automotive sector within a similar role
Well versed with industrialisation, product engineering and advanced manufacturing.
A strong leader, who can provide leadership and guidance to the team
