Job Description
We’re working with a leading luxury hospitality group in Harrogate who are seeking an experienced finance professional to step into a senior FP&A role on an interim basis. This is a high-profile, commercially driven position where you’ll play a key role in shaping performance, driving insight, and supporting decision-making across the group.
The role will be offered for an initial 6 month period with possibility for extension, based 3 days per week from our clients offices in Harrogate.
Key responsibilities
Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the group, including monthly KPI packs, board reporting, and consolidated budgets
Develop and maintain reporting systems and financial models to support decision making and scenario planning
Provide insight and recommendations on business performance to directors and senior stakeholders
Support group-wide projects including reporting improvements, system changes, acquisitions, or disposals
Partner with site accountants and provide guidance to ensure robust financial reporting across sites
Produce forecasts, business plans, and ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiativesCandidate profile
Strong financial modelling and Excel skills, comfortable working with large, complex datasets
Experience in multi-site or hospitality/leisure sectors is advantageous
Experience using a variety of reporting tools and quick to adapt to new softwareSalary: £60,000 - £70,000
