Interim Head of Asset Management - South Wales - 6-Month Contract
We're working with a well-regarded housing association in South Wales who are looking for an experienced Interim Head of Asset Management to support them through a period of organisational change.
This is a critical leadership role where you'll not only set direction but also get hands-on with the operational detail. You'll help steady the ship, support the team, and bring stability during a key transition period.
📌 Key Details:
Location: South Wales (2-3 days per week on-site)
Duration: 6 months
IR35: Outside IR35 may be possible
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Competitive (expenses not included)🔎 We're looking for someone who:
Has proven experience at Head of Service level (ideally within housing or a similar public sector environment)
Is confident leading through change and can quickly gain trust and respect
Has strong operational knowledge of asset management, with the ability to dive into detail when needed
