I’m looking for a talented Interim Head of Technical to lead one of our client’s technical teams through an exciting and challenging period. You'll play a key role in maintaining site standards and improving processes while the site secures a new permanent Head of Technical.

As Interim Head of Technical, you’ll be at the heart of technical operations; ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance are always top-notch. It’s not just about maintaining standards – it’s about improving processes, and driving efficiencies.
The Goals:
* Lead & Inspire a team of technical experts.
* Drive Food Safety & Quality ensuring compliance with BRC, HACCP, and FSA.
* Optimize Processes to improve efficiency and meet tight deadlines.
* Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.
* Ensure Compliance & Quality with all audits, inspections, and customer standards.
