Interim HR Administrator | 3-Month FTC (Potential to Extend) | Rickmansworth

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised HR Administrator to join a busy HR team on an interim basis. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rickmansworth, ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and supporting the day-to-day running of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract generation, and leaver processes
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure employee data is kept up to date
Support with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
Assist in preparing reports, HR documents, and correspondence
Respond to employee queries and escalate where necessary
Work closely with payroll and benefits providers to ensure timely and accurate processing
Support ad-hoc HR projects and general administrative tasks as requiredWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience in an HR administration role
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
Available to start immediately and able to commit to a full-time, on-site position in RickmansworthThis is a great opportunity to join a collaborative HR team and make a real impact during a busy period. There may be potential for the contract to extend beyond the initial three months for the right candidate.
