An Interim HR Business Partner to:
Operate as a strategic and operational partner to your client group
Provide advice and guidance to the wider organisation
Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
Support with any HR initiatives
Identify key challenges including performance issues
Be responsible for projects including workforce planning, talent management, engagement, and retention
Lead on organisational change, including restructures
Manage complex ER casework
Support on policy and process improvementProfile
An Interim HR Business Partner should have:
Previous partnering experience desirable
Experience working in the Education sector essential
Up to date DBS or on the update service desirableJob Offer
Up to £55,000 per annum on an equivalent day rate
Based in London with hybrid working
