Job Description
I’m delighted to be supporting an established engineering consultancy looking for a CIMA-qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting project-focused operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly management accounts
* Deliver accurate project cost analysis and performance reporting
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Assist in cash flow forecasting and working capital management
* Partner with project managers and engineers to track financial performance
* Identify risks and opportunities across active contracts
* Contribute to process improvements in reporting and controls
What you’ll need:
* CIMA qualified (essential)
* Engineering and or an operational background
* Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
* SAP experience
* Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities
* Clear communicator with a practical, problem-solving mindsetBefore You Apply
