Collaborating with key stakeholders to drive positive changeEssential Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in nursing home management
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management
Ability to address and resolve operational challenges effectivelyDesirable Skills & Experience:
Active PIN qualification
Experience in turning around under-performing teams in Nursing Home settings
Knowledge of best practices in medication management
