An exciting interim position has arisen for a Recruitment Manager with a leading FMCG client based in East Yorkshire. The role also involves collaborating with department heads to understand their specific recruitment needs and ensuring that the recruitment process aligns with the company’s goals and values.

* Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

* Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
