Description
Reporting into the Director of Executive Remuneration, you will play a key role in supporting executive remuneration, share plans, and global mobility programmes across the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting executive remuneration activities, including benchmarking, annual salary reviews, incentive outcomes, and Remuneration Committee reporting.
Administering employee share plans and executive equity programmes, managing grant cycles, vesting events, communications, and reporting requirements.
Coordinating global mobility activities, including international assignments, relocations, and cross-border working arrangements.
Producing reward analytics, reporting, and insights to support business decision-making.
Supporting annual reward cycles and wider reward projects.
Ensuring strong governance, compliance, and data integrity across reward programmes.
Building effective relationships with key stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance, Tax, Legal, and external providers.
Profile
Previous experience within a Reward function, with exposure to Executive Remuneration, Share Plans, and/or Global Mobility.
Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle highly confidential information.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of reward governance, compliance requirements, and best practice.
The ability to work effectively across multiple teams and priorities.Job Offer
