The role
Oversight of the management of tenants including sourcing suitable tenants and ensuring referencing and right to rent checks are completed.
Ensuring a smooth handover of property to new tenants. Ensuring a smooth end of tenancy process.
Property inspections in Oxfordshire & Gloucestershire
Dealing with FBTs, Leases, AST's, Cropping Licenses & Grazing licenses and other 3rd party arrangements (Landlord and Tenant matters).
Planning applications for development and estate matters
Assisting in development and delivery the leisure offerings across the estate
Overseeing smaller development projects, reporting into the Renovation and Development Manager
Estate Management - General Estate management matters under the direction of the Head of Property
Assisting with the implementation of Woodland Management Plans.About you
Qualification requirements - MRICS / FAAV / AssocRICS
2 - 3 years in a similar position
Demonstrate a proactive attitude and commitment to health and safety
Computer literate in all MS office programs particularly MS Excel
Ability to deal with wide-ranging challenges and responsibilities with diplomacy and patience
Ability to quickly build strong working relationships at all levels of the businessWhat next?
