Interim Team Leader – Nursing Home
Rate: Up to £25 per hour
Location: Bournemouth
Contract: 3 months interim (with potential to extend or become permanent)
We are seeking an experienced Interim Team Leader to join our team during a period of change and improvement within the home. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and resilient professional who can step in, support the team, and help drive high-quality care.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a nursing home setting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a care team
Proficiency in using the Nourish care management system
Commitment to delivering exceptional standards of care and compliance
