Interior Designer Sales-Focused
Salary: £24,000–£35,000 + uncapped commission | Full-Time
We’re working with a luxury interiors business in North West London, looking for a talented Interior Designer with a strong sales focus. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who loves crafting stunning interiors while driving furniture and design service sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop design concepts, mood boards, and client proposals for high-end residential projects
Source and procure furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that align with client needs
Conduct site visits, take measurements, and attend client meetings
Create technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD or similar software
Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly
Drive sales of interior design services and luxury furniture solutionsWhat We’re Looking For
3+ years’ experience in residential interior design in the UK
Proven track record in sales within design or furniture retail (minimum 3 years)
Strong knowledge of FF&E sourcing and procurement
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Excel
Detail-oriented with excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and confidentlyWhat’s On Offer
£24,000–£35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Uncapped commission (typically £2,000–£5,000 per month)
28 days holiday (bank holiday work may be required)
