Yacht Interior Designer - Finland - relocation opportunity!

We are seeking a talented Yacht Interior Designer to join our clients team in Finland. This is a unique opportunity to shape interiors where elegance, innovation, and functionality meet on board some of the world’s finest sailing yachts.
Your role
In this position, you will design and refine interior solutions that combine aesthetic vision with production accuracy. From 3D modeling and material selection to detailed engineering drawings, your work will ensure interiors are both beautiful and practical. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in engineering, production, and procurement to deliver accurate concepts and specifications for both custom yachts and serial production projects.
Key responsibilities
*
Develop 3D interior models and produce detailed engineering drawings using Siemens NX.
*
Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), purchase plans, and coordinate with suppliers.
*
Contribute to both custom and series yacht projects, either independently or as part of a project team.
*
Work with internal teams and external specialists to deliver production-ready, brand-aligned designs.
What we’re looking for
*
Relevant educational background (e.g., interior architecture, design, or construction engineering).
*
Some professional experience in interior or furniture design preferred; motivated graduates with strong design skills and attention to detail are also welcome.
*
Proficiency with Siemens NX or similar 3D modelling software; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
*
Strong eye for detail, precision, and a proactive, collaborative working style.
Full working proficiency in English; Swedish or Finnish is a plus.
Willingness to relocate to Finland
