Job Description
Intermediate Building Surveyor
Location: Billericay (Hybrid considered depending on experience)
Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 (DOE) + Expenses Paid
Start: ASAP
Benefits: 23 days annual leave + bank holidays, pension (details TBC)
We are seeking an Intermediate Building Surveyor to join our Billericay office. Due to an upcoming departure, we need someone who can hit the ground running and take on a varied residential-focused workload.
About the Role
You will be involved in a broad mix of surveying duties, including:

Residential Valuations
*
Homebuyer & Defects Reports
*
Planned Maintenance Programmes
*
Opportunity to take on project work
*
Supporting a busy pipeline of instructions with autonomy
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
*
Ideally AssocRICS, though strong experience is equally valued
*
Experienced in residential surveying (minimum 1+ year)
*
Confident, self-sufficient, and able to pick up workload quickly
*
Comfortable travelling for surveys (must have own car)
*
Professional, client-facing, and reliable
