Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Intermediate Building Surveyor to join a London team. Work on a variety of projects including refurbishments, new builds and maintenance works across commercial, education and healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out building surveys, inspections and site assessments
*
Prepare reports, schedules of condition and project documentation
*
Provide advice on building defects, maintenance and refurbishment works
*
Liaise with clients, contractors and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery
*
Travel to sites across London and surrounding areas as required
Requirements:

Minimum three years experience in building surveying
*
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building regulations and survey methodologies
*
Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
