Intermediate Building Surveyor - Corporate & Commercial portfolio - Oxfordshire - Client Side (Local Authority) - Home / Site working - Long Term Contract (estimated 12-18 months with potential to go permanent) - c£250 per day (CIS / Self Employed) or c£200 per day PAYE (c£52k pa) - weekly pay - Excellent experience & personal development - Great benefits if you go permanent such as 37 hrs pw - 36 days holiday (28 + 8 bank holidays) pro rata - Pension Scheme up to 19.9% employer contribution - Leading Employee Assistance Programme - "Buy" Additional Holiday Scheme - Local & National Shopping Discounts - Subsidised Leisure Membership

A prestigious local government body who encourage personal development and qualifications, require an Intermediate Building Surveyor to assist in writing specifications, producing reports and asset and stock condition surveys on the corporate and commercial portfolio. A graduate Surveyor would also be considered if can provide a demonstrable knowledge of writing specifications and reports.

To apply for the role of Intermediate Building Surveyor in Oxfordshire you should have experience of writing specifications and reports or have demonstrable knowledge of such through the graduate process.

The primary duties of the Intermediate Building Surveyor in Oxfordshire include:
